I know it's really easy to turn into a Netflix blob, but I guarantee that you'll feel better once you get moving and get those endorphins going. PROMISE! Here are some goodies that I enjoy:
Final thing I want to say: work out because it's good for your body AND because it's good for your mental health. Don't work out because you feel like you NEED to get in the best shape of your life during a global pandemic and quarantine. Do it because it makes you feel good. That's what we need right now--things that make us feel good. Yay for endorphins!
